quite a few things happened this week. most imporatant, after 3 months of interviewing contractors, we finally decided to award our house project to Daryl Llewellyn from Paramount Custom Homes. Daryl has extensive experiences in building industry and has worked on several modern homes.
last friday we submitted our drawings to Wheat Ridge building department. If everything goes smooth, we should have permit in 2-4 weeks. we are also still working out our construction loan with mortgage broker, but can not procede to final steps until we have green from building depatment. we are hoping to break ground by the end of may.
